Proven manufacturing and industrial success

BAE Systems Ordnance Systems Inc. (OSI) landed an $8 billion contract with the U.S. Army to continue operating the Radford and Holston Army Ammunition Plants.

Sweeney helped BAE Systems OSI overcome strict communications constraints and a lack of showcaseable on-site content by developing a unifying, patriotic campaign that modernized the brand while honoring decades of trusted partnership with the U.S. Army. Through integrated messaging, video storytelling, a dedicated landing page and workforce-focused engagement, the campaign significantly elevated national visibility, boosted employee morale and supported OSI in securing an $8B Army contract. One of the videos was also shown at AUSA, the largest defense trade show of the year, potentially reaching 40,000 views.

Less than two years after Sweeney and Tech Air launched the new brand, corporate video, website and digital experience, an announcement surfaced that Airgas signed a definitive agreement to acquire Tech Air. On March 19, the sale was finalized.

Sweeney unified more than 20 acquired brands under a cohesive new Tech Air identity, repositioning the company through refined brand positioning, product-driven storytelling, a modernized website and a comprehensive digital experience that educated customers and clarified service capabilities. This integrated effort — spanning brand identity, asset creation, a capabilities video, e-commerce-enabled web redesign and targeted digital marketing — elevated Tech Air’s national presence and contributed to its successful acquisition by Airgas less than two years later.
