Amazon Doesn’t Care About You… Just Your Money.

Speed-1994-e1341310422119Pop quiz hotshot. There’s a product you want to buy on Amazon. Once the product is ordered, you cease to exist. There is no customer service; no one to talk to or even email. What do you do? What do you do?

Do yourself a favor. Cancel the order, go to your local brick and mortar store, select the actual gift you are interested in, pay for it on the spot and carry it home with you.

Amazon wants you to think they care about you. But really, all they want is your money. Are you familiar with Amazon’s mission statement: “to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, where customers can find and discover anything they might want to buy online…”

Jeff Bezos, Amazon’s CEO said that putting the customer first is one of three big ideas Amazon has had.  Too bad he has no idea what that means.  How can I be first if I cannot even communicate with your store… I cannot ask for help or tell you my concerns. I can simply order or not.

I choose not. Thank you very much for not caring.
